Report Sent To Kiriesen

A report from Dace arrives at Kiriesen's office.
"Justice,
My efforts in the Hive continue as discussed. While some things are begining to look up, I am sorry to report that it is not quite yet anything major.
First and foremost; the Soup Kitchen. Due to David's philosophy, it is unlikely that we will glean any information on the assailants there, either through him or his regulars. His pacifism means that he is unwilling to so much as declare who might be slandering his name even if he did know (which I doubt). Likewise, his daughter is concerned about looking for or providing information due to the possibility of retribution. Again, their beliefs mean that even the offer of protection- whether by factions or independant groups- will be rejected.
With all of that said, the most important thing to take from all of this is the very clear fact that no one in that soup kitchen is engaged in anything evidently illegal or warranting of force as a response, so I once again urge that officers in the Triad be discouraged from targeting David. Justice will absolutly not be served by resorting to force against a bunch of underfed and copperless civilians.
On a related note; a Harmonium officer named Ny'leve has started operating in the Kitchen as well, seemingly with similar intentions. I approached her about working on this together, but as with all Harmonium officers lately, she rejected it and began lecturing me on how my superiors would disapprove/ how it was better left to the harmonium alone. I suspect they will complain to you or Factor Charae about my presence there, and possibly frame me for assisting a suspected Revolutionary. With that said, I will continue my efforts until ordered not to by either yourself or another ranking officer within -our- order..
Regarding my continued efforts; I would like to request permission to take medical supplies from our inventory for a donation. As implied before, good will over here will only be achieved through such practical things, not protection from other criminals.
I have also began making some headway in the search for the assassin who murdered Officer Richard. While I do not have a solid lead yet, I have someone (who will remain unnamed) assisting me in the matter. This ally will likely have more luck due to the lack of any factional allegiance. Should also get the more uptight Harmonium off our backs if they insist that they don't want assistance. This ally does, however, belief that the assassin is NOT in fact a true Anarch.
Sincerely,
Namer Dace Andor
