Immediately after the incident Leona would circle around and go to the mortuary to secure the body of the fallen Harmonium officer knowing it is valuable evidence paying gold if she had to.

She would then take his corpse to the Harmonium so they could process him and warn others his badge had been stolen.

She would then work up a report to file with all three members of the triad.

Leona gets to the mortuary, pays appropriate bribes, and finally is let into the room with the corpse.

The corpse is gone.

The Dustmen seem honestly surprised, and insist that it was left right there for the authorities.

Leona would submit the following report to her Factors and Factol
wrote:Upon leaving the mortuary I witnessed the murder of the Harmonium officer (describes the officer as best she can) right in front of my eyes with a crossbow bolt. Within but a moments time an unknown person (describes the face and appearance of Varnia Keryn) approached the fallen Harmonium officer crossbow in hand from the direction the bolt came from and began looting the officer's corpse taking his badge and I am unsure of what else. She was accompanied by a Mauric(she would describe Mauric Ashtoret) who I am convinced likely aided her in killing the Harmonium officer as upon further observation the man had sustained much more than a crossbow wound.

I attempted to retrieve the badge of the officer and detain the two. They argued I had no authority to detain them as I was not a member of the harmonium. When the woman attempted to flee I stunned her, shackled her arms and ankles, and was about to carry her off when Ra'zeth and some others approached. The shackled woman used some kind of magic to teleport onto a roof out of my arms still shackled. I attempt to ascend the roof to retrieve her when Ra'zeth grabbed me from behind insisting he was to tax me for exceeding my authority.

In the time it took me to get free from his grip the woman had dove off the roof into the ravine and somehow disappeared. Ra'zeth showed me his license to tax from the Fraternity and I said we could dispute the validity of the claim with the courts.

Furthermore, after attempting to retrieve the body of the Harmonium officer it had disappeared from the mortuary by the time I got there this was no longer than five minutes after I gained my freedom.

Charae received the report and forwarded it along with one of her own to the Harmonium outpost near where the incident occurred.
