Riam of the Ghostwise walks to the Harmonium barracks and jumps up to the edge of the tall table of the factotum.
"H'llo down here. I'd like to report an assault. Who am I supposed to talk to?"
He drops down from the edge of the table once he's gotten the attention of the foctotum at the desk

The hin continues telling his statement
"So I was strolling the market going to the bar, when just as I was about to enter Kaz's area, behind me this large woman with a heavy accent shouts for me. I turn around and she's standing behind me, she pulls the top of her corselet down showing me her breasts in the middle of market and asks 'Can you see these?' I try to be a gent and answer very nice but just as I open my mouth she kicks me in the groin and she wasn't saving anything with that"
Waits for the deskmonkey to stop laughing
"Anyway as I lie there withering in pain she keeps shouting profanies with this other Air genasi woman while I try to drag myself to the healer. Got threathened that she will put something that she hides in her panties into my mouth."
"What her name is? How should I know, I never met this woman in my life. She was tall really tall for a human woman, wearing a metallic corselet and talking with a really heavy accent most apparent about it was her saying words with a W as a V."

The "deskmonkey" does not laugh.
Instead he calls for another officer to deal with it.
This officers brings some pencils and paper and sits down with Riam.
"Now, you're going to start describing the woman in question and I'm going to draw. As I draw, tell me details, and correct me if you see something wrong.
We will have a portrait drawn up soon enough."
Later, when the portrait is ready Riam is asked for his statement in writing, signed and sealed. Other paperwork is passed as well for things such as contact information etc.
Finally Riam is informed that all is complete, and that the Harmonium will do what they can. Copies of the portrait when ready will be posted around Sigil.
They do caution him though that the chance of finding the person is slim, and even if caught, the penalty will likely be a fine only. However, they assure him that they take even petty crimes seriously.
