I am conducting a follow up assessment of the Fraternities involvement in the matters with the Doomguard Mauric and the legal actions carried out by our members. Several inconsistencies have been brought to my attention and I require information to sort them out.

I understand that it was you who initially sought out an immunity deal for Mauric in exchange for information gained about the Temple.

Please tell me who decided that the immunity deal would be offered and please tell me who authorized the deal to go through. I require the names of all involved in creating the deal and at what stage they were brought into the negotiations.

The statement that I sought out the deal in exchange for informations about the Temple is incorrect and I humbly ask you to check your sources and question their credibility.

The deal was initiated when I was contacted by Doomlord Yanek who pointed out that both the Triad and the Doomguards have been played against each other by a third party, most evidence already pointing at the Temple of the Abyss.

I found this a good opportunity to deal a blow to the Temple and at the same time calm the rising tensions between the Doomguards and the Hardheads by giving them a common foe. This idea was then forwarded to B1 Jamis who also authorized the deal.

During the negotiations and authorization of this immunity agreement, had the Harmonium completed their investigation and turned Mauric over to the authority of the Fraternity before hand (thereby finalizing their investigation), and if not, was the Harmonium in full agreement with the offer of immunity by the Fraternity to one under their investigation and care?

Details on this part are essential as to decide if processes were correctly followed by all involved parties.

I am conducting a follow-up assessment of Fraternity involvement in the Mauric affair. I require to know if the immunity deal you signed for Mauric was conducted, and negotiated, without Harmonium input and authorisation or was the deal fully accepted by the Harmonium before being offered to Mauric.

Essentially... was the deal made with the full support and authorization of the Harmonium (before being offered) or was it simply a Fraternity led effort that only required you to sign off after the offer was made and accepted by Mauric?

I can confirm I was consulted by Bureau Cheif Jamis about the possibility of the offered immunity before she instructed it to be offered by Administrator Guunt.  After discussion with my Faction's own officer involved in the case; Measure Chari it was concluded the deal would be the best way of allowing your own Faction to prosecute a case against Nostheroth of The Umberscales.  I hope this answers the your query.
