The rather anonymous letter, sealed and simply addressed to judge Garen, is delivered to the Fraternity offices early in the morning by a dark haired young man, who quietly leaves after consigning the parchment to the reception.

on the matter of taxes collection.
Upon specific request of tradesmen operating on Sigil soil, I am hereby contacting your authority to formally ask legal documentation in support of legitimate and reasonable activity performed by my person on behalf of the Fated and Sigil interests themselves.
Should them be needed and should my instance be considered, I am available to provide further circumstantiation on the matter; also, if my presence is required, notifying me with the modalities of the meeting will suffice for me to oblige.
