The rather anonymous letter, sealed and simply addressed to judge Garen, is delivered to the Fraternity offices early in the morning by a dark haired young man, who quietly leaves after consigning the parchment to the reception.

The letter is systematically written in clear, tidy handwriting, and reads as follows:

wrote:To the attention of Judge Garen Seph,
on the matter of taxes collection.

Upon specific request of tradesmen operating on Sigil soil, I am hereby contacting your authority to formally ask legal documentation in support of legitimate and reasonable activity performed by my person on behalf of the Fated and Sigil interests themselves.

Should them be needed and should my instance be considered, I am available to provide further circumstantiation on the matter; also, if my presence is required, notifying me with the modalities of the meeting will suffice for me to oblige.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Please find enclosed documentation explaining to potential Tax subjects that Fraternity authorization is not required in order for you to fulfil your mandate as a member of the Fated, in regards to tax collection. Underlined in the documentation is a clause that stipulates that the Fraternity, however, may authorize the seizure of property should the potential tax subjects not comply with your lawful requests.

///This was due to people not complying with your Fated collections without Fraternity authorization. Seeing as you don't require Fraternity Authorization, you can RP the documents showing that fact and the fact that the Fraternity (at least this particular Bureau Chief) is willing to place the law behind your actions and authorize legal action against those who will not comply. You'll have to direct people to this post if they want proof. Oh, remember, you can only collect once from a person per day ;)
