Garen reached out to his friends in the Bureau of Research. There was an Aide by the name of Typhon, a young, energetic and dedicated clerk who had put in his request to join the Research Bureau. Due to the regular bureaucratic cogs, it was taking time to process. Garen asked that his file be fast tracked to the front of the pile so that Typhon could become a benefit to the Fraternity. The usual thanks and bottle of wine also accompanied the request.
