I'm fully satisfied that you've taken care of his requests but if it will put his mind at ease have him make an appointment through my department and I will see him at my first opportunity.
Your attention to protocol has been noted and forwarded to your supervisor.

Ven pulls a new notice out of his book and looks it over, then look over to Rylif. "Seems you have gained the attention of a higher up. He may not be the Bureau chief but he definitely has a voice here." Ven then pulls out a single page document. "This is an honor for you. You get to fill out form X-51." He jots down that he is to meet with A8 Seph if he so chooses. "A senior is willing to listen to your complaints, and perhaps even take your case. You didn't fill out the other forms, so this form right here is your last chance. If it will put your concerns behind you, I suggest you seize this opportunity." He then thrusts the documents into Rylif's hands. "Just keep in mind that the contract 'is' binding. Oh, and if you so choose to go down this path, be sure to drop off your attitude at the door."
If he fills out the forms, Ven pulls out a few documents that seem to have filled themselves out and pulls them from a folder labeled transcriptions to a folder labeled 'Office of A8 Seph' after a little searching around. The complete transcripts of all that transpired would eventually find their way to Garen Seph's desk. He would also take the completed form from Rylif and stick it into the same folder.

Rylif snickered after hearing all this and said:
"You know what, keep your precious x-51, cdc-whatever, 23-one-through-ninety-nine and fu-2. I know for fact that this can't be the right procedure. Simply because should I follow your logic and assume that Harmonium does the same paperwork, I get the picture where all of the accused ones rot in their cells for the rest of their lives, because none of them lives long enough to be trialed. Which also means that Mercykillers should be left out without of their jobs. Which simply isn't the case.
So if you people don't want to do your jobs-fine, I'll just leave it that. Have a good day and don't bother-I can find my way out myself."
Rylif than turns around and leaves, on his way through the exit he mutters to himself:
"Hire to thugs, he says...As if those can scare anyone in a middle of Great Bazaar. The place is filled with hardheads!"

As Rylif leaves, Ven sniggers, "Perhaps its you who lack the abilities to do your job. I am doing my job, so the problem is obviously with you."
Ven then draws up a few more documents.
The first gets sent to the Bureau of Inter-faction Relations along with the proper forms to get an official seal and for it to get sent out.
Another letter would then make it to Garen Sephs desk.

I have valid reason to state that one of your namers is giving your faction an even worse reputation as well as perhaps straining the relationship between yours and the Guvners even further. I can only recommend that namer Rylif undergo tax collection services training. A good taker has no need of complaints because he knows how to do his job as well as filing the required paperwork if he or she comes here to file a complaint.
Sincerely
Clerk Ven
Another letter would then make it to Garen Sephs desk.
They are both stuck in a folder labeled 'Express Delivery', along with the forms in able to do so.wrote: To A8 Seph
Namer Rylif has left, refusing to file his complaint due to demanding that we as Guvners cannot perform our job because we make those who wish to file complaints have to file the proper documents to do so. He has also outright insulted us as a Group, so thus I am requesting and if allowed, am going to file the proper paperwork to file an injunction against him. I have already filed the proper paperwork in order to get a letter to the Fateds higher ups in order to give them the recommended course of action in reigning in their own who come to us outright proper procedure.
As for the injunction against Namer Rylif of the fated, if allowed, I shall file it as a level one injunction. If he refuses to go through proper procedure and insult us as a faction on top of it, he shall not have our backing in such matters.
Sincerely,
Clerk Ven
PS: I also have attached an addendum to the transcript from earlier. It details what he has said in regards to perform our duties.

Returned with the note are the forms that were originally included, filled and signed where authorized to do so.
[/i]wrote:While I cannot sign off final authorization for an injunction agains the Fated namer, I can witness the file and substantiate the contents contained within. I would be happy to act as supervisory witness when it reaches the proper Bureau Chief.
Feel free to come to my desk at any time for me to sign the necessary paperwork and fill out the pertainate forms.
