Caterina hesitates for a moment as she considers exactly what statement having a towering death knight deliver your messages makes. She did always encourage other Fraternity members to build ties with other Factions though, and she assumed a Factor would not be easily rattled.

"An excellent idea. Go ahead."

//And she means the job of running things while Garen goes around drinking tea chatting to people and generally being Garen :P

"Excellent. If then this matter is now concluded I shall depart for the offices of the Bureau of Bailiffs to undergo training in the proper protocols for this position. Such skills would no doubt be useful in the introductions that will occur in two day's thyme."

Caterina smiles at the death knight

"And they say you only got 80.03% on the entrance exam. Very good that is exactly what we will do."

She folds the letter she has been writing places in in an envelope and stamps the back with a Fraternity seal before handing it to Grahn.

I would like to begin by offering my congratulations on your recent promotion and express my gratitude for your own personal efforts involving the recent incursion of The Far Realm.

I would also like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Cohesion and cooperation between Sigil's Factions is something we take very seriously.  Should The Sign of One take legal proceedings against The Harmonium for any illegal occupation of their Faction Headquaters then the evidence you have submitted to the court will forwarded to those prosecuting the case against The Harmonium.  Again I thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Had the Death Knight eyes to narrow at the mention of his abysmal entrance exam scores he would have done so. Having no face with which to make expressions means that his outward appearance is unchanged as he registers the back-handed compliment.

Upon receiving the envelope the Bailiff asks, "Administrator Caterina Arnders, moments ago you mentioned that Bureau Chief Garen Seph rarely deals with such matters in person. What then is the proper chain of command for reporting such instances as this appeal from Factor Ta'Kan of the Godsmen? Are these things to be brought to you directly then, rather then Bureau Chief Garen Seph, or is there another intermediary to whom I should be delivering such things as this?"

((Is the envelope sealed? If so, I will play Grahn as having no knowledge of what you wrote. If it is not sealed, he will definitely read over it thoroughly once you are out of sight!

They soon got an answer.

Thank you for your polite answers and your compliments. Maybe I should have made my previous inquiry clearer : Is the harmonium legally allowed to do such actions if they have good reasons and your approval ?

With my best regards,

Factor Ta'Kan of the Beleivers of the Source

A reply arrives this time through the normal channels.

Should the Harmonium be able to demonstrate that there is enough probable cause for a search of a private dwelling, property or public building, including but not limited to a Faction Headquaters to be in the public interest then the Fraternity will grant such a warrant.  I would like to ensure you that this is not a decision that is taken lightly, and is one that is subject to close scrutiny and review.

((Along with the above response from Factor Ta'Kan of the Believers of the Source were signed receipts for the hand-delivery of:

1) A copy of her original Inquiry
2) A copy of the article from the SIGIS that had been attached to her original inquiry
3) Delivery confirmation of the missive sent from Administrator Caterina Arnders to Factor Ta'Kan

These were all dated two days after Administrator Caterina Arnders' penned response to the Factor. All receipts were countersigned and witnessed by Bailiff Grahn Ljungstrahd, and hand delivered to Administrator Caterina Arnders.

Ember F. Chambers walks up to the bald Factotum, at the front desk of the Harmonium Barracks, in her Harmonium attire. Her badge marks her as a Namer.

“Sir, I am looking for information on Harbinger House. Who should I talk to for zis?”

"Greetin's Naymah Chaymbahs."

The balding officer took rather good care of the portion of skull from which hair follicles had fled. It was polished and shiny, and certainly smoother than his pockmarked, scarred face. One almost had an urge to place one's hand upon the smooth surface and stroke it in a loving manner.

Almost.

"I'll eh.. see wot I can find."

The old fellow accessed one of many large leather tomes on the massive desk that he commanded. The leather spine creaked in protest as he opened it and started to noisily flip through the pages. His single-eye forced him to bend downward and examine the text closely, which in turn pointed his shiny baldness directly towards Ember, as if it was enticing her to pet it.

Several moments later, he came across an entry in the Harmonium Record.

"There 't is. Looks loike an Asylum spohnsahed by the Godsmen. Currently run boy some cuttah nahmed Bereth."
