Garen considered the request and then nodded
“That makes perfect sense. Very well, I shall put through the paperwork authorizing a promotion to Administrator 1 and also make official notice of your new duties. You shall have to answer to no one except the Bureau Chiefs.”
He smiles again and extends his hand
“Congratulations, Caterina, you’ve made my day a little less stressful. Have an Aide move your belongings and files into the office next to mine. The previous Administrator retired shortly after Thornbrews demise… the two were close.”
Then, after a few more pleasantries, he returns to the mountainous task of sorting through all the files left behind
