The short ,hooded and dark clothed child or hin? maybe gnome? Stood on one of the boxes in the hive. He held a speech. No papers , just talked loudly ,slowly more thugs and berks in the hive started to gather to listen to his speech. Hive ward and lower ward started tog ather

He spoke strong and obviously knew what he wanted

"People of the hive! People of the lower ward!
Listen to me speak! Arent you sick of being looked down on?! Hear others say "Oh the hive is a bad place ,it stinks and un-organized ,weak! First to fall in a fight."
I say enough! I come with plans ,I come with visions ,And I say I want YOU to put them to action ,with my leadership. "
He took a short breather and continued
"The hive ,and the lower ward have great potential to be more then a thug scene! If we only get a hold of the people here ,and let them speak for them selves! Join up as one force! We can make a change! We can change sigil! For the good! Show that you are worth something! I see your power ,and I will use it if you let me! We can not just be some pick pockets ,or thugs we can be a organized criminal scene!"
He looked around at the reactions of the people
((DM Interaction would be rather appreciated ,I want to start a organized crime scene with crake here :) BUt need DM help due to NPC control. BUT PLAYER ACTION IS WANTED JUST AS MUCH ,if you have a character that is based in the hive/lower ward ,get into this! ;D))

While going about his normal buisness, he stop to look up at the speaker, listening intently. He says to the thug next to him "Now heres a guy thats either gonna get his ass kicked, only questing is by who."

*Ramir + Elgrekia*
The Hobgoblin and Ogress soon move off after the Hin starts to talk about a organized crime scene. For one its to much trouble they wouldn't need, and they wern't that sort of people.

The dwarf Rorin only paused to listen because he found it too damn funny to do otherwise. In fact he spent a good long while laughing uproarously following the speech.

Oubliette stares at the loudmouth for a solid minute before whispering to the person next to her.

"Is dis man for real? He truly expects all ze people to just fall in line and have him rule them? And his message! Speak up for yourself but join all as one? I doubt he even knows what he wants. Or, perhaps he does but lacks ze... touch to mask his intent, hm? Wanting all our power as his own... connard..."

She then tries to get a mocking laugh going, encouraging those around her to join in and show their contempt for the obvious loon.

Vorgazelle, from a spot completely on the opposite side of the area as Vorgazar, whom she can't even look at because she's disgusted by his state, hurls a ball of ogre dung at the speaker.

The large Grey Orc was returning from a trip to Nishrek, accompanied by several Iron Tusk guards, when he passed by the crowd and the show they watched. He listened to what the little creature had to say and watched the reaction of the crowd. Before things got too out of control, the hin was protectively escorted off the stage by several burly, red and black clad, Orcs. He was led down the nearest alley to where Shard awaited him. While Orcs blocked the end of the alley Shard pointed to a sewer grate that had been opened.

“Inside… you and I need words.”

He then looked at Crake and told him that should he hesitateÂ… he was on his own and this offer of dialog was gone. The Hin would not have another chance to recover from this.

A pale haired slight female elf paused to listen briefly as she padded softly on her way to the tattoo parlour.

Her only response to this attempt to gather 'openly' the criminal elements of the hive, was a smirk and an arched pale brow, a slight shake of her head. She slipped on between the few that had gathered to watch, keen to get to the parlour.
