*The note is stuck on a board near Khazeet's bar, and on the note one may read this*

"I, Ales Menedil, have found myself a home here in Sigil, but I lack a more permanent establishment. I offer between 30 000 to 50 000 jinks for a fine to average home here in Sigil, preferbly in the merchant's or Hive district".

"If someone is interested, approach a man with a black breastplate, with shiny shoulders and a golden hood. Price may be discussed, if the home in question is of good quality, or in the market district or also known as the Bazaar"

"Signed; Ales Menedil".

Felicia considers the interesing offer, then approaches the man in question the following day.

"I heard you were looking for somewhere prestegious, but 30'000 to 50'000? You realise the average cost of construction is less than half of that. Truth be told sire, I recommend you speak with a building company to have a poor sods house demolished and build yourself a proper manor."

On that note however, she grinned with a coy smile.

"However, if you'd prefer that I sorted the affairs out for you, I can arrange to build you a house to every standard you need for the cost of... ...40'000 Jink. Ill need 10'000 for decent materials, another tenthousand for the right manpower and workforce. I'll need fiveteen thousand for decoration and luxory and fivethousand, for the effort required. It is of course, your call."

*He gives her a good look up and down, takeing in what she said in consinderation*

"I can handle the materials, as well as the interior, not a worry there, but some counciling, however, would not be bad either.
Perhaps the fivethousand jinks could be used for that very purpose?"

"Also, a mansion is not what I had in mind. . Yet".

Felicia grinned and nodded.

"Its a deal. I know a few building companies so your options aernt limited." She rubbed her chin slowly. "Alternativley we can just purchase a house from a current tennant who hasnt been paying their due and refurbish it to peak condition. It'll be cheaper, but it wont be to the exact standard you want it to be. Either way, if you feel that you need a more frugal house, I'll do some research for some property investment. Theres still plenty of space in Sigil to build things."

She nodded thoughtfully and braught back some research notes some time later. "Your options are as follows: Ive found some properties in the Hive that are cheap and easy to dispose of, rebuild from new. However the Hive isnt the most reliable place when it comes to personal security without your own personal guard, you might want to consider employing some hirelings to watch over your property when your not around.

Option two, is to buy a stable house in the merchant district, its a good property, not too far from the two taverns and within refurbishable condition if you'd prefer to save some coin for later investments. You could demolish it aswell, but it would be the more costly choice, but more secure.

So, whats it going to be?"

*He nods at her report, pondering for several minutes, weighting the options against each other, and finally comes to a conclusion*

"It'll be less fuss simply buying that house here in merchant's quarter. I'll lower the costs, and still leave the future open for several other investments".

*He nods to himself*

"Let's us have a look, shall we?"

Felicia haggled the old man in the manor-esque building. It was no easy business transaction but after a long period of time she had narrowed the steep price to 35'000. Tenthousand less was a big achievement. She had used facts to point out the flaws in his steep price, namley the location of the property, the risk factor for someone to invest in it.

The man was old aswell, he needed somewhere quiet to settle down, she had already recommended a cheaper estate in the Merchant Ward that would serve the mans purposes.

Meanwhile, she returned to Ales to deliver the good news.

"Thirtey Five Thousand, thats the best deal your going to get out of this. It'll take some time, probably a few good weeks before anything can be finalised. But, once the old mans out of his home, its all yours to do with as you please."
