*The contents of the note are written in thief and assassin cants, as well as the odd system of runes used by the slaadi, although those look more like someone let a five-year-old fingerpaint on the note rather than actual writing. Of course, many of the lowlifes around town would be more than willing to translate it for someone who looked like "the right sort"*
