Posted around the Grand Bazaar is a formal note from Amycus Thorne, planar cartographer, local Cipher, Hall of Record Clerk and makeshift merchant. It reads:

Dearest Ladies and Gentlemen of the Lady of PainÂ’s Sigil,

For those who are interested in enchanted agility against many of the creatures we face while planewalking, I would like to announce that I am putting a pair of fifth tier monk boots* up for auction.

Not only could these rare and powerful boots be yours, but the winner will also be granted a King's Tier, the gem required for a fifth tier constitution enchantment! The required essence is free as well!

Due to the rarity of both the item and the gem, I can only accept trade for these boots. If you wish, please write what item or items you'd be willing to trade. Although I cannot guarantee you will win, all offers will be considered.
