Warlocks And Sr?

If this has been answered before, sorry for bringing it up again but...

Does a warlock only get half CL and half of whatever Spell Penetration feats it has to beat SR? Still...

good question no idea though I think after level 20 SR is no longer checked.

Though I have been wondering about hideous blows with the warlock helper works does it add magical damage or just increase the items natural damage?

Half CL to beat SR, except for base level 22 Warlock and above which is bugged and completely ignores SR altogether (with basic vanilla blast).

If you're warlock of level 22 or higher, your regular blast will go through both SR and spell mantles. Can't be avoided, unless you happen to miss with a bad roll or something.

also keep in mind that others will not see Hellfire warlock visual effects too :( was kinda hoping to shout "flame on".

Sneaking doesn't show the sneak animation either.

Base hideous blow is magic damage, if you add stuff to it, the damage type changes. Hideous blow checks for spell resistance. I'm not sure what happens if you connect it with Vitriolic Blast.

Warlocks are standardly bugged when it comes to SR still.

Well, explains my Night Hag encounter... Ranged Touch - Hit, Spell Resisted over and over and over :P
