Hmm...for the lay-players like myself, what does that mean for a multiclassing ECL4 angel in easy to understand terms pls?

It lists how much more experience you have to gain compaired to non-ECL race with ECL and multiclass penalties. As far as I'm figuring it out is that ECL +3 (non multiclass penalty) would have to kill 1,33 times more of same creature to get same amount of experience as non-ECL race. At least by standard NWN 2 experience script. (likely has something to do with class level + ECL = character level why they gain lower experience, and killing weaker monsters isn't as rewarding)

I can't figure out how do the numbers come though.

Er... now that I look at this closer, I'm not even sure if this even applies to us :P If I find out what this means at some point I will tell you :P
