Sigil: City of Doors

Hi there, I wanted to ask a couple quick questions before firing up a character. I couldn't find anything on the forum adressing these.

Are there any level restrictions? (ie "must have 4 levels in each class before reaching level 20")

What about PrCs? Are PCs limited to 1 prestige class each? Do you forsee having guild/whatever requirements for each PrC?

No class restrictions, and only level restriction is that LA races maximum level is: 30 minus level adjustment (IE. drow with LA +2 = max level of 28)
