I'd like Sondaal Ayakra's alignment shifted to TN.

Because maybe, spiegel is one of the people who care about what's on their character sheet and like to rp it accordingly ? <_<
Otherwise ...

 I'm sure she has roleplay-related reasons. Do you really need to ask her that?

Frankly, yes.
Why wasn't the character's Aligment set as "Neutral" at the character creation?
And if there is some "role-playing" reason for the aligment shift, surely those can brought into daylight.

Because maybe the alignement, ethics and general moral outlook of a character might be subject to change during the course of story progression ?

I'm pretty sure spiegel can supply those reasons to a DM if need be and they don't have to be squashed on the open boards for everyone to see.

Generally alignment shifts should be at DM's discretions, over time...
but seeing as we haven't really done as much to promote alignment shifting among DM's yet that is going to prove a bit difficult currently

Why yes, I am glad you asked, it does.

Now, first of all, what makes you presume that those need to be squashed? Simply presenting them should suffice, if you ask me.
With them on the open boards for everyone to see, people could see what is actually "required" to get your character's aligment changed. With this critera being of public knowledge - it would translate into a policy. Thus players would get treated fair and square regarding the matter. In theory at least.
For me, the real question is: do the new ethics and moral outlook of a character really validate a change in the Aligment? I've always found the aligment definitions to be quite wide and the lines seperating them blurred.

This is none of your concern Lost and not Found. This is between the DM group and Spiegel1 and we will discuss this internally.
