What weapon would you want to use?

Currently, my character is swinging a shortsword. But I am looking for a decent spear or quarterstaff to go along that chiv.

What weapons are your characters using? What would you want to make them use?

But, alas, they don't... but she doesn't really need a weapon anyway.

Nar has recently acquired a nice dwarven waraxe, which is appropriate. ^_^ I was going to give him a good scimitar at some point though to fit with the "desert dwarf" theme.

Marius used to use a staff.. but mysteriously it has disappeared and now he has to lean on shop counters/walls instead. He also has a longsword hanging on his belt, but swings it only rarely.


But he doesn't in the end actually need chiv, since it's easier to just cast some chain lightning on foes :P

Karaths weapons of choice are handaxes.

Not very appropriate for githzerai I guess but new models for them looks very nice and most of them fits more savage-ish armor he wears and somehow feels "planescapy" to me.

If I made him wield katana or longsword..I think that I could be easily accused of robbing out Dak'kon :P

and yes..whips would be nice to have...aand one hand small crossbows...dualwieldable...and and ...*stops* ok ..enough from me:D

Fizznitz uses a longsword... (light crossbow for ranged)

Spec the Damned uses a short sword, though when he gets better he'll dual wield 'em... (short bow for ranged)

Ghu'rock would use a maul, but since they don't exist in NWN2 he uses a warhammer modified to look maulish... (can't recall his ranged...been a while since I played him)

Quarsupp uses a rapier, but will use a dagger in is off hand when he gets dual-wield ability... (light crossbow for ranged)

Daemonius uses a quarterstaff. (long bow for ranged)



I'm a player with multiple personalities. I play whicheve depending on who I feel like playing that day. :P

For Razzuul it's dual wielded kukri's, the closest thing to smaller versions of the scimitar.
Jorn Thunderforge uses a spear just in case he feels he needs to " 'arhoon yer blo'hole " like any dwarven sky pirate would.

As for what I'd really want? Hmmm, nothing like playing an undeadhunter running through the Grey Wastes with a steampowered lawnmover. Braindead anyone? ;)

In melee I like Rapier, Short Sword, Katana, Scimitar or the Longsword. -_-
