I want helm with some Deflection bonus. I find it silly that rings or cloaks give the bonus yet a helm is something to wear to be pretty.

is there such things IG? perhaps up to +4?

Technically I'd guess weapons would be for 'deflection' rather than any of the other mentioned :P i'd feel more confident deflecting attacks with a sword than with my head (even if wrapped in metal), fingers (protected by rings) or back (protected by cloak). On other hand I guess it falls down to the whole "magic" thing.

Only helmet in game that has deflection AC in it would be adamantine helmet I believe. Which is +2 deflection AC.

But if you feel like making some items: http://z13.invisionfree.com/nwn2planesc ... wtopic=452 ;)

I'll mayhaps even add some of them to store (will be considering items case by case basis if I rather want some of them be rare drops for "Ooh" effect or just sold in stores)

+2 (Deflection) has been the highest I've seen. These were the adamantine helms sold by the gnome armor merchant in the Bazaar. Check his boots, gauntlets, and cloaks. The helmet should appear when the merchant's window pops up.

And, frankly, you can buy simply any hat, and change the hat's appearance to something of your desires. Simple eye-patch bought from the Civic Festhall can be changed to a full plate Helmet.

yeah would be cool to get some Deflection on a helm vs trying to stop axes with my fingers or cloak.

:P

Ac as far as I remeber.

Armor, bracers = share the same
Sheilds =utterly seperate
Natural = strictly necklaces
Dodge = boots
Deflection = Rings, cloaks, helms, and IIMR belts.

Dodge is the only thing that stacks up to 20. Everything else takes the better. Then there is class ac but we only care about items right now :P

THEY DO.....oooh. You gave me an idea.

Dwaren mug of drinking.

Tired of idiots interrupting his drink or breaking it over some fools head. Ulric Ironshod paid a wizard to enchant his favorite stein. "Make er sturdy" he said. While still not the best thing to hit someone with in a bar fight, it does well in pushing blades to the side. Ulric became very well known for drinking while punching someone in the most rugged of bars. He lost a few of these mugs, first one rumored to be after a half-orc bashed him over the head with a table.

+4 deflection
appearance stein.

I LOVE :wub: the "Oooooooooh" effect when I find some interesting drops. Keep those coming, even though not typically useful to the majority they are so much fun to read and ...perhaps think of a character sometime that 'would' use them...well...just because they like "oooooh"
