Well, everyone can write SIGIS articles ;) not just DMs. I've just tried to take a habbit to make short objective and somewhat comical rumours that gives something for people to read and say in game about :P

ICwise, you'd just really have to contact a SIGIS personnel to put something in, and perhaps pay a bit for "marketting services" ICwise.

Also! There's nothing against of roleplaying a SIGIS member that actively tries to gather and provide information for SIGIS.
