the sad part is, I think I know whats going on about the "staff wont listen to the community" - its all assumption on my end so far, but it's not cool. Because if this is about Rebecca ic? well she got one's confession IC about one's involvement , just needs the other confirmed IC by Rebecca. then well, I don't what to say really...

EDIT : and I was the one who tried to apologize OOC and make amends IC with Rebecca, later on down the line.. Rebecca was mocked IC after filling a Report to the Harmonum.. so needless to say Rebecca IC would seek to get the job done herself. If I got condemned for playing my character when she was not in the wrong to begin with, its not cool

I'm not certain I can even explain everything wrong with your behavior and arguments. The character has been called out for literally making shit up in game. Even a PUBLIC CALL OUT IN THE PAPER. which was responded to in character....and then you have the blood gall to come here and spin around on the floor screaming "I'm the victim! Don't be mean to my character! Look how badly i'm being treated". No. Just. Stop. Else take it COMPLETELY IC or just stop it. Enough, ok?

I think you are mixing IC and OOC. OOC it really doesn't matter if some characters are evil or manipulators... it is after all roleplaying, part of the whole package deal, if they have IC managed to convince other characters against truth, kudos to them! Roleplaying is not about playing a proxy to "catch other players", it's about simulating a character and their personality and growth in the face of situations they get put in. However to be entirely fair, there are some others whom have the same issue. If the characters don't get along, that's okay. It doesn't mean that players necessarily have any emotional involvement in the matter.

Besides that, the whole "staff wont listen to the community" thing has absolutely nothing to do with Rebecca, that much I can assure you. It isn't anything about some mixture of IC and OOC events, it's more about a general feel of disconnect and distance, a perspective how it can be difficult to get into casual dialogue with DMs, not just official and schedualed events, but spontaneous brainstorming and exchange of opinions just to get a feel of peoples thoughts.
