-Due to an engine bug in reporting large stack sizes of things that are not the default gold piece, when you pick up large stacks of the new copper piece item from loot/chests the amount mentioned in server message is not always accurate. Therefore you will receive a separate message telling you the real amount of coin you acquired. Note that the bug affects the server message regarding the size of the stack, not the size of the stack itself, so even before this change you were getting the correct coinage. You were just being told an incorrect amount in the server message. This bug only affects picking up stacks of coins from body bags or chests, not from quests or direct kill rewards.
-Added wrapper for default TakeGoldFromCreature() function to give feedback to player in Sigil currency when spending coin on crafting and in dialogs.
-Main script used by npc dialogs to award gold, ga_give_gold, has been updated to utilize Sigil currency.
