Good evening cutters, it has been a while, but we're back to a hopefully more active and regular update schedule!

Good News! NWN2:EE just updated their Toolset, and initial testing has been very promising! I can actually now edit the lady's ward, so Hopefully this week I'll push a Change to test to see if it works!

Party XP Changes:
XP penalty for lower level characters partied with high level characters significantly reduced. Max range of party levels before penalties expanded from 7 to 10 (inclusive).

Weapon Master:
Requirements:
Base Attack Bonus: +4
Feats: Weapon Focus in a melee weapon, Power Critical in a melee weapon, Combat Expertise
Skills: Intimidate 4 or more ranks.

Class Features:
- Hit Die: d10
- Base Attack Bonus: High.
- High Saves: Reflex.
- Weapon Proficiencies: None.
- Armor Proficiencies: None.
- Skill Points: 4 + Int Modifier.
- Class Skills: Craft Skills, Intimidate, Lore, Parry, and Taunt.
- Maximum Levels: 5

- Weapon of Choice: When a character acquires their first level of weapon master, they must select a single melee weapon type (for example, longsword or dwarven waraxe) as their weapon of choice. Their weapon master abilities only function when they have a weapon of that type equipped.

- Ki Damage: Once per day per level, a 1st-level weapon master may choose to make a special attack with their weapon of choice. If this attack hits, it automatically inflicts maximum damage.

- Increase Multiplier: At 3rd level, the weapon master's critical multiplier with their chosen weapon increases by +1. (i.e. x2 becomes x3, x3 becomes x4, etc.)

- Superior Weapon Focus: A 4th-level weapon master gains Superior Weapon Focus with their weapon of choice.

- Ki Critical: At 5th level, the weapon master increases their threat range by 2 when using their weapon of choice. For example, a longsword normally has a threat range of 19-20. In the hands of a 7th-level weapon master, it threatens on a 17-20.


Kensei:
Requirements:
Skills: Concentration 5, Diplomacy 5
Attack Bonus: +5
Alignment: Lawful
Feats: Combat Expertise, Weapon Focus in Dagger, Flail, Halberd, Kama, Kanabo (Warmace), Katana, Ninjato, Odachi, Spear, Staff, or Tetsubo (Mace).

Class Features:
- Hit Die: d10
- Base Attack Bonus: High.
- High Saves: Will.
- Weapon Proficiencies: None.
- Armor Proficiencies: None.
- Skill Points: 5 + Int modifier.
- Class Skills: Concentration, Craft Skills, Diplomacy, Heal, Intimidate, Listen, Lore, Parry, Taunt.
- Max Levels: 7

- Signature Weapon: At level 1 you must select a Signature Weapon. This weapon must be one of the weapons listed in the Requirements above.

- Kenjutsu and Bojutsu bonuses: At level 1 the Kensei gains +1 Dodge AC when not wearing heavy armor and either wielding a katana, ninjato, odachi, falchion, or scimitar with two hands without needing to, or wielding a polearm in two hands without using Monkey Grip to do so.

- Power Surge: At 2nd level the Kensei gains the Power Surge ability. They can focus their mental powers to give themselves +1 AB and magical damage for every 5 points of concentration, max +4. Can only use this ability while their signature weapon is equipped in their main hand. Duration 1 minute per Kensei level. Each round this effect will check if the Kensei still has their signature weapon equipped. If they do not, the effect ends. Cooldown 8 minutes.

- Improved Critical: At 3rd level the Kensei gains Improved Critical for their Signature Weapon. Note that this does NOT stack with the "Keen" item property in NWN2.

- Ki Projection: At level 4 a Kensei gains skill increases to Bluff, Intimidate, Diplomacy, and Taunt equal to their class level.

- Power Critical: At level 5 the Kensei gains Power Critical with their Signature Weapon.

- Greater Weapon Focus: At level 6 the Kensei gains Greater Weapon Focus with their Signature Weapon. Note that this is the same as the feat that Fighters can choose at or above Fighter level 8, so it will stack with bonuses from Weapon Master or other classes.

- Withstand: At level 7, the Kensei can call upon their inner focus to make themselves more resistant to damage if they are using their Signature Weapon.. For one minute per level of Kensei they can gain DR/silver equal to 1 for every 5 points of Concentration, maximum 10. The effect will collapse once it absorbs 10 times the Kensei's Concentration score. Each round this effect will check if the Kensei still has their signature weapon equipped. If they do not, the effect ends. Cooldown 8 minutes.


Set Item Changes:
All Item Sets that include boots will now receive a Dodge AC bonus of an appropriate amount to bring the total Dodge AC from the set up to 5. For example if the Set’s boots have no AC on them, then your character will gain a +5 Dodge AC effect while wearing the set. If the Set’s boots have +3 Dodge AC on them, you will gain an additional +2 while wearing the set. And so forth.

The Celestial Set now gives +5 Charisma when the entire set is worn (as opposed to +4 when set is incomplete).

New Chat Command:
#FixSetItems finds all set items in your inventory and repairs their local integers and tags that may have been damaged by use of the Appearance Changer. Experimental Feature.
